Q: You say please allow up to 14 days for delivery from receipt of payment, but what if I require my order sooner?
A: Please let us know the date your order is required, we realise that Glass and Crystal Awards are usually for a presentation night and we will endeavour to have your order complete and delivered with a few days to spare for peace of mind. In the event of time being short we would still hope to be able to deliver in time and will let you know an estimated delivery date. For orders required in less than a week it is advisable to ring us first, it is often possible but will require confirmation and will incur a 10% surcharge. 

Q: Can I order and pay for my glass and crystal online?
A: Yes, you can now place an order online by using the new shopping cart system. The cart will automatically calculate the discounts and delivery cost. Then you can proceed to checkout and make payment using a credit or debit card through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account. 

Q: Can I order online but pay for my glass and crystal offline?
A: Yes, you can now place an order online by using the new shopping cart system and then at checkout choose the option of submitting without payment and we will contact you for alternative payment.

Q: Can I order by email or fax?
A:  Yes, just email or fax your order with engraving details complete with invoice and delivery details, you will be notified by email of the total due and a detailed pdf invoice, a copy will be sent by post or by fax if requested. Don't worry if you need to make minor changes to the order or engraving details, changes can still be made up to this point. Payment can then be made by cheque, internet bank transfer or by credit or debit card over the phone.
