Time4crystal.com is fully owned by The Trophy and Print Shop which is based in Malton, North Yorkshire. Established in 1995 we are now one of the leading trophy retailers in the North of England.

Following the success of our trophies website which supplies trophies, medals and awards throughout the UK, we have expanded our business to include one of the country's most comprehensive collections of quality engraved Glass and Crystal Awards and incentive gifts.

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (from receipt of payment). It is usually much quicker but it's always advisable to allow a bit longer in case of any delays. During busier times, ie. March-June this may be longer so please advise us of any specific date glass and crystal items are required at time of ordering.

We can also still accept orders by email or fax and then on receipt of an order we will confirm your order and then issue a proforma invoice.

In a hurry?

Rush orders are possible, if required in a week or less they will require a 10% surcharge (please contact by telephone initially for this service). PLEASE NOTE: Payment by Credit Card will incur an additional 1.5% transaction fee, (no fee for Debit Card, Cheque or BACS).

Out of Stocks

Occasionally stocks of a specific item may not be available, this is very rare but can happen, we endeavour to let you know as soon as possible for an alternative to be chosen, but it may be necessary to make last minute substitutions, you would of course have the option of declining a substitution.
