How to Order Glass and Crystal Items.

To order your Glass and Crystal Awards online please follow the simple steps listed below;

Step 1:
Select from the Categories on the left of the page or type a glass and crystal product type into the Search box and click on Search or use the 'Tags' box to search for a product. 

Step 2:
When you have found the glass or crystal items you would like to order, view each product in turn and then customize your product to add engraving details in the text boxes provided and then if required you can choose from the standard images or upload your own image, club crest or company logo.

Step 3:
Then click on add to cart, you will see the cart summary in the top right.
Go back to the category to choose further glass and crystal products if required and then repeat the steps above.

Step 4:
At anytime you can view the contents of the shopping cart by looking in the cart summary box.
Here you can add more of the same glass and crystal or delete them and choose something different. You can click on continue shopping and repeat the steps above to select more crystal awards or gifts. 
Tip: If you change a choice you will need to re-enter the engraving details, so it may be an idea to copy and paste these to save a bit of typing. 

Step 5:
The cart will automatically subtract discounts when you reach the relevant order value for each discount level.
The delivery costs will also be automatically calculated.
When you are ready click on "check out" or "next", you will then have the option of creating an account or use the Fast Checkout to purchase without registering.

Step 6:
Enter your personal details, then delivery details if different.
Then proceed to payment options and choose your preferred payment option from the following:

• Paypal (for immediate online secure payment)
• Pay by phone (contact us with your credit/debit card details)
• BACS payment
• Pay by cheque

Delivery

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (from receipt of payment). It is usually much quicker but it's always advisable to allow a bit longer in case of any delays. During busier times, ie. March-June this may be longer so please advise us of any specific date products are required at time of ordering.

In a hurry?
Rush orders are possible, if required in a week or less they will require a 10% surcharge (please contact by telephone initially for this service).

PLEASE NOTE: Payment by Credit Card will incur an additional 1.5% transaction fee, (no fee for Debit Card, Cheque or BACS).
