You say that delivery time is usually
2-3 weeks from receipt of payment, but what if I require my
order sooner? |

Please let us know the date your
order is required, we realise that crystal awards can be for
a presentation night and we will endeavour to have your order
complete and delivered with a few days to spare for peace of
mind. In the event of time being short we would still hope to
be able to deliver in time and will let you know an estimated
delivery date. For orders required in less than a week it is
advisable to ring us first, it is often possible but will require
confirmation and will incur a 10% surcharge. |

Can I order and pay for my crystal
and glass online? |

Yes you can place an order online by completing
the online order form. Once we have received your order we will
then calculate the cost to include any engraving charges, discounts
and delivery costs. You will be notified by email of the total
due and a detailed invoice will be sent by post or by fax if
requested. Don't worry if you need to make minor changes to
the order or engraving details, changes can still be made up
to this point. Payment can then be made by cheque, postal order,
internet transfer or by credit or debit card over the phone. |
