Product Ordering
To order your crystal/glass online follow the simple steps listed below.

Step 1:
View Crystal Collection in the Products pages.
Step 2:
Browse the collection by using the navigation bar on the left to choose
a category. Each category has a number of items, scroll down to view these
with the codes, sizes and prices to the right of each image (left click on
the pictures to view a larger image). Some categories have multiple pages
accessed by clicking on the 'next' or 'previous' link at the bottom of each
page.
Step 3:
Once you have located your items, make a note of the codes and prices.
(Remember to check the discounts and delivery charges page).
Step 4:
View engraving page for details of engraving prices and available Standard
Logos.
Step 5:
Click the 'Order Form' button below.
Step 6:
Enter contact details on the form.
Step 7:
Enter product and engraving details (including page and product reference
of standard logo if required). If a special logo is required please make
notes in comments area and email image separately, preferably as a high
resolution JPEG or TIFF. If unsure please give details and we will contact
you with further information.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment. Rush orders are possible and will require a 10% surcharge (please contact by telephone only for this service).
