To order your crystal/glass online follow the simple steps listed

| Step 2: |
Browse the collection by using either the
navigation bar on the left or click on the relevant pictures to choose
a category. Each category has a number of pages accessed by clicking
on the desired number, or the 'next' or 'previous' link at the bottom
of each page. |
| Step 3: |
Once you have located your items, make a
note of the codes and prices. (Remember to check discounts and delivery
charges). |

View engraving page for details of engraving
prices and available Standard Logos. |
| Step 5: |
Click the 'Order Form' button below. |
| Step 6: |
Enter contact details on the form. |
| Step 6: |
Enter product and engraving details (including
page and product reference of standard logo if required).
If a special logo is required please make notes in comments area and
email image seperately, preferably as a high resolution JPEG or PDF.
If unsure please give details and we will contact you with further
information. |
Once we have received your order we will
contact you to confirm the order and payment details. We accept payment
by personal credit or debit card, cheque, postal order or internet
transfer (please see FAQs).
Delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment.
Rush orders are possible and will require a 10% surcharge (please
contact by telephone only for this service). |
